How should I return goods purchased online from Monomer?

You can return your goods by a number of different services providing the goods arrive at out premises in the condition supplied. Courier: any recognised courier service which offers signed for delivery. Royal Mail: please ensure that the parcel is sent registered delivery. Please keep your proof of postage or return receipt for reference.

How will I be refunded?

If the original order was paid for by debit or credit card, the refund will be automatically made to your card. The same will apply to any orders paid for by cheque, the refund will be returned to you by cheque. If the instruction is simply to exchange the goods then, providing that we were at fault in supplying the original goods, we will despatch your goods at our expense. In this instance please ensure that your exchange instructions are clearly supplied at the time of the return.

Package goods for return

Please, wherever possible return the goods in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please ensure that the items are packed with a suitable protective material, ensure the package is then securely packaged.

Preventing your goods going missing in transit

We recommend, wherever possible, you use a courier with a signed for facility or registered post. If you choose to post, please ensure you have the certificate of postage that was issued by the Post Office at the time of returning the parcel, please send the certificate to our returns department. In your returns letter please include: the items you have returned. Please also indicate the date that the goods were returned and the address of the Post Office used to return the goods if applicable.

What is your returns policy for overseas orders?

Our Guarantee applies to all purchases so if you wish to return goods to us you must do so within 17 days of receipt of goods.

What currency do you accept?

Martin's Rubber is a UK company and all our prices are show in pounds sterling (GBP), although our website will provide a conversion. If you are paying by credit/debit card your payment will be charged in pounds sterling. Your bank will convert the amount back to your local currency. Currency exchange rates will determine the amount you are charged.

Can I pay in US Dollars?

We do not accept any other currency other than pounds (GPB) sterling as payment.

Do customs charges apply?

Certain countries outside the EU apply import duties from customs. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Do orders sent overseas have VAT applied?

If you are within the European Union you will pay VAT. Any VAT will be deducted from orders sent to locations outside of the EU.

What is your expected delivery times for overseas order?

For standard product we would normally expect an order to be dispatched within 48 hours for both UK and overseas orders. However occasionally during peak times we may be out of stock. In this period we will endeavour to dispatch your items within 7 working days.
