Payment is made by card on a secured page using SSL technology. Customers already granted credit may place orders using their account number and will be invoiced against their normal terms of payment. If orders are placed using credit account terms, deliveries will be made in accordance with lead times and prices stated on the website and will be invoiced accordingly.
The Customer may not cancel an order once accepted by Monomer. Monomer may, at its discretion, and in writing, allow an order to be cancelled subject to any incurred costs being recovered by Monomer.
If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after taking delivery; please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If your item is unused and in its original condition, we can exchange it or provide a full refund once we have received it; you must return it within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods were faulty, we can arrange collection. Exemptions: Some of our products are manufactured to order; these will be marked throughout the store with an asterisk (*).
For products returned as a result of Monomer's error (incorrect or defective items), we will pay the return shipping cost, or replace the items without a duplicate shipping charge.
Delivery costs are calculated at the point of checkout and depend on the weight and size of the goods ordered, the location of delivery and the delivery method selected. Customers are able to choose the delivery type and speed, where there is more than one option. The delivery method selected at checkout and its corresponding delivery period will be in addition to the lead time against the actual product. We aim to ship the majority of stocked products within 72 hours of receipt of payment; products that require special handling, finishing, or which are manufactured to order will have the estimated lead time detailed within the product information. Where a product is out of stock or will not be available to ship within the usual lead time, we will contact the customer with the information on current expected delivery, and offer an alternative option or the option to cancel their order. Times and dates for delivery quoted on the Monomer website or by Monomer employees are approximate, and we will not be liable for the consequences in delays of deliveries.
An invoice will be provided either with the shipment of the goods, or separately by post.
All prices on the Monomer site are in GBP£ and are exclusive of VAT.
Products with an MOQ will not be supplied in part quantities unless by prior agreement, and may be subject to a minimum order value if order is placed direct rather than online. Products sold by the length will be rounded up or down to the nearest offered unit of measure where Customer specifies a length other than those advertised.
